Players, members and elected committee members of 2018 are welcome to attend the AGM on Thursday, Feb 28 after training at 730PM at Murphy’s Reserve.

A brief summary of season 2018 will be presented, followed by the 2019 committee election.

All positions are available for nomination including:

President
Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer
Football Manager
General Committee Members

Nominations must be seconded and all must be received no later than Feb 21. To nominate, please follow this link: https://portmelbournecolts.teamapp.com/store/items/40556

Please keep in mind to nominate, be nominated or second a nomination, all parties must be a financial member of the club. There is a $5.00 processing fee for all nominations which will be refunded to nominees if their nomination was successful and resulted in an elected member of the 2019 committee.

You can nominate yourself as long as you are a financial member and seconded by a financial member.

In addition to committee positions up for election, I would like to also remind all that there are voluntary positions often assigned to general committee members, however not all positions below require committee membership. If you would like to learn more about these positions, contact Duva.

Once the new committee is formed, 2019 memberships, sponsorship packages & club merchandising will be available to purchase. Along with an official outline and in depth detail of 2019 coaching staff, recruits, club opportunities, pavilion upgrade and elected committee members.

We are happy to officially announce our season opener will be at home, and again for the Bird Cup on a Friday night. April 5, reserves from 5.30pm where they will be unavailing their 2018 Premiership flag. Senior game will be from 730pm. More details TBA.

We would also like to announce that the President, Stephen Duva, has officially accepted a nomination for President in a second term.
